3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted vendors who help us operate our business — payment processors, billing software providers, customer support platforms, and network equipment suppliers. These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, including in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or lawful request from a government agency. We will notify you of any such request to the extent permitted by law, unless prohibited by court order or applicable statute.

Business Transfers

If Park Communications is acquired, merges with another entity, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and give you the opportunity to opt out where legally required.

Protection of Rights

We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Park Communications, our customers, or the public.

4. CPNI — Customer Proprietary Network Information

As a telecommunications provider, we are subject to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules governing Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). CPNI includes information about your telephone service — the numbers you call, when you call, and the services you subscribe to. We use CPNI only as permitted by law: to provide the services you subscribe to, to bill you accurately, and to protect you from fraud. We do not share CPNI with third parties for marketing without your express written consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods:

  • Account records: Retained for 7 years after account closure for tax and legal purposes
  • Billing records: Retained for 7 years
  • Network logs: Retained for up to 90 days unless required longer by law
  • Support records: Retained for 3 years
  • Call recordings: Retained for 90 days unless you request deletion

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Request deletion of certain information, subject to our legal obligations to retain it
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in emails
  • Restrict the use of your CPNI for marketing purposes
  • File a complaint with the FCC or your state's public utilities commission if you believe your rights have been violated

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@parkcomm.net or call (928) 342-3474.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. These include encrypted storage of payment credentials, access controls limiting employee access to customer data on a need-to-know basis, and regular security reviews of our systems.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at (928) 342-3474.
