Slow speeds may be caused by:
- Multiple devices: Disconnect devices you’re not using.
- Wi-Fi interference: Try moving closer to the router or switching to a different band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).
- Low speed plan: If you have a bacic service plan. streaming live TV will not work.
For smooth streaming, we recommend the following minimum speeds:
- Netflix (HD): 5 Mbps
- Live TV Streaming: 10-15 Mbps
- Online Gaming: 3-6 Mbps
2.4 GHz: Better for long distances and walls, but slower speeds.
5 GHz: Faster speeds but shorter range. Ideal for streaming and gaming if you’re close to the router.
