At this time, fiber is being prepared for Carefree, Westwind, and Western Sands RV Park. We don’t have specific installation dates for these locations yet. When your account is ready, you’ll see a notification on your Billing page letting you know that you are able to get connected.

At this time we do not have a timeline for getting your account swapped over to fiber service. As soon as fiber is ready for your space, we will reach out to you by phone or email. You will also see a message on your Billing page letting you know that you are eligible for fiber service.

Fiber deployments are phased and depend on construction schedules, permitting, local infrastructure, and technical readiness. Even adjacent homes can be served by different distribution lines or require individual work to make service available.
We’ll contact you by phone or email as soon as your address is eligible, and you’ll see a Billing notification when you can be connected.
If you are an active customer at the time of installation, you are eligible for waived installation and activation fees. If you are a new customer, standard fees will apply.
We provide a UniFi Wi-Fi 6 fiber modem as the network terminal for your service. Optional in-home equipment such as Wi-Fi extenders may be purchased; details and options will be provided during sign-up or at installation.
Typical installations take 1–3 hours depending on your home type and any in-home wiring required.
Once your address is eligible and you’ve been notified, you’ll be able to choose an installation window during sign-up (subject to technician availability).
Yes — fiber plans have their own pricing. See the Fiber Packages section above for current monthly rates. In addition, there is a $5 equipment rental fee applied while your account remains active.

We are no longer charging an equipment deposit. Instead, a $5 equipment rental fee is applied monthly while the account remains active.
Yes — you can place your account on hold at any time. While your account is on hold, billing will be paused and the $5 equipment rental fee will not be charged.
Yes. You may use your own router equipment after our UniFi Wi-Fi 6 fiber modem. We do not allow customer-provided fiber modems.
Yes — from the Customer Portal you can view devices connected to your modem and update your Wi-Fi SSID and password. Navigate to the Wifi-Management section to access these features.
